MEETING NOTICE REQUIREMENTS


Wisconsin Open Meetings Law requires all meeting notices to be posted at least 24 hours in advance.


To promote community engagement and to operate with transparency, Town of Omro makes every effort to post meeting agendas at least 5 days in advance, and utilizes the 24-hour rule only in special circumstances when the need to meet is time-sensitive and was not anticipated in advance of the regularly scheduled board meeting.
